Read VA Profile:

How It Started. How It Became a Success.

A personal injury law firm in Washington, D.C. initially hired Mary Grace as a part-time VA to handle overflow administrative work, including bills and medical records, alongside its full-time case management VA.

As she demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent quality, her responsibilities expanded and her role transitioned to full-time. When the firm’s workload later slowed and headcount had to be reduced, the client chose to retain Mary Grace based on her performance and the value she continued to provide.

After nearly three years with Legal Support Help and the firm, the client ultimately decided to hire Mary Grace directly, bringing her onto the firm’s team.

Mary Grace’s story demonstrates how a capable VA can evolve with a firm’s changing needs, take on greater responsibilities, and become a trusted long-term team member.
