Law Firm Process, LLC d/b/a Legal Support Help (“Legal Support Help,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing clear and transparent terms governing the use of our website and virtual assistant staffing services.
These Terms of Service outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of visitors, clients, and applicants when accessing legalsupporthelp.com, scheduling consultations, applying for opportunities, or engaging our services.
By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
1
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of legalsupporthelp.com, including its related pages, forms, resources, and communications (collectively, the “Website”), and your inquiry into or use of the services offered by Law Firm Process d/b/a Legal Support Help, with its principal office at 1290 S. Jones Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada 89146 (“Legal Support Help,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, requesting a free trial, applying for a position, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.
If you access the Website or engage our services on behalf of a law firm, business, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf and bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the organization you represent.
Relationship to the signed General Staffing Agreement. Clients who engage our staffing services are also required to enter into a signed General Staffing Agreement and, where applicable, related written service documents (collectively, the signed “Staffing Agreement”). The signed Staffing Agreement outlines the respective duties and responsibilities of Legal Support Help and the Client, as well as the specific terms of each staffing engagement, which includes the Virtual Assistant’s job title or description (also referred to as the VA Task List), shift coverage, applicable hourly billing rate (also referred to as the service fee), and other agreed-upon service arrangements. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a provision of a signed Staffing Agreement, the signed Staffing Agreement will control with respect to the specific Client engagement.
Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. We will post the revised Terms on the Website. Where a change materially affects an active Client engagement, we will provide notice by email at least fifteen (15) days before the change takes effect, unless a different period is required by law or the change is necessary to address an urgent legal, security, or operational matter. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes to an existing signed Staffing Agreement will be governed by its signed amendment provisions.

Services We Provide. Legal Support Help recruits, screens, trains, and places remote virtual assistants (“Virtual Assistants” or “VAs”) with attorneys, law firms, and other businesses. Depending on the engagement, VAs may perform administrative, clerical, paralegal-support, client intake, billing, marketing, document preparation, and technical support tasks, including case management system customization and workflow automation (collectively, the “Services”).
The specific duties and responsibilities of Legal Support Help and Clients, as well as the specific terms of each staffing engagement, which includes the VA’s job title or description (also referred to as the VA Task List), shift coverage, applicable hourly billing rate (also referred to as the service fee), and other agreed-upon service arrangements will be established in the applicable signed Staffing Agreement.
Legal Support Help Is Not a Law Firm. Legal Support Help is a staffing and business support company, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. No attorney-client relationship is created between Legal Support Help or any VA and you or your clients through the Website or the Services.
VAs are not authorized to provide legal advice, represent Clients, sign pleadings, appear before courts or tribunals, establish attorney-client relationships, set legal fees, or accept legal representation on behalf of a Client. Any legal work requiring professional judgment or a license must remain under the direction and supervision of the appropriately licensed professional.
Nothing on the Website, including blog posts, downloadable resources, task lists, or other informational materials, constitutes legal advice.
VA Engagement. VAs are engaged by Legal Support Help to provide services to Clients under the applicable signed Staffing Agreement. Legal Support Help is responsible for the VAs’ compensation and other obligations arising from their engagement, as set forth in the signed Work for Hire Agreement between Legal Support Help and each VA. The Client does not become the employer of a VA solely by engaging Legal Support Help’s staffing services.
Remote Work and VA Locations. VAs generally perform their work remotely from locations outside the United States, including the Philippines and countries in Latin America. By engaging the Services, the Client acknowledges that authorized personnel may access Client information from these locations as necessary to perform the Services, subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.
Time Tracking and Productivity Monitoring. VAs are required to record their working hours through a time-tracking and productivity application, currently Hubstaff, or another application designated by Legal Support Help and/or Clients. Depending on the application’s settings, this may include periodic screenshots, application activity, and websites visited during recorded working hours. Time records may be used to verify working hours and prepare invoices. Clients agree not to request or encourage VAs to work off the clock or outside the required time-tracking process.
Free Trials, Referral Credits, and Promotions. Legal Support Help may offer free trials, referral credits, or other promotional arrangements from time to time. Each offer is subject to its stated eligibility requirements, duration, and conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, promotions have no cash value and may be modified or withdrawn before acceptance.
Any referral credit will be governed by the terms communicated when the referral offer is made. No referral credit or promotional benefit is guaranteed unless the applicable eligibility requirements have been met and the benefit has been confirmed by Legal Support Help.
3
Eligibility. The Services are intended for law firms, attorneys, businesses, and other professionals, and are not offered to individuals for personal, family, or household use. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Website or engage the Services.
Information You Provide. You agree that information you submit through the Website, including consultation requests, contact forms, referral forms, free trial requests, and job applications, is accurate, complete, and current to the best of your knowledge. You represent that you have the right and authority to provide the information. If you submit another person’s information, including a referral’s contact details, you confirm that you are authorized to share it.
Account and Portal Security. If Legal Support Help provides access to a portal, shared workspace, or other account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account. You must notify Legal Support Help promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
SMS and Text Message Communications. Legal Support Help may communicate with prospective clients and existing clients through SMS text messages for service-related purposes.
These communications may include responses to your inquiries about our services, consultation scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, responses to text messages you initiate as a prospective or current client, and necessary updates regarding your preferred or assigned VA, service requests, or ongoing engagements.
Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending SMS messages. By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Legal Support Help at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at 702-690-4044 or [email protected].
Legal Support Help does not use SMS communications to send promotional or marketing messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Read our entire Privacy Policy for additional information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
4
Supervision and Professional Responsibility. The Client is responsible for directing and supervising the VA’s day-to-day work, reviewing assigned tasks, and ensuring that work is appropriate for the VA’s role and qualifications.
Where the Client is an attorney or law firm, the Client remains responsible for compliance with the professional conduct rules and legal obligations applicable to its practice. These may include obligations concerning the supervision of nonlawyer assistants, unauthorized practice of law, conflicts of interest, client confidentiality, billing for VA time, and disclosure of or consent to outsourced services where required.
The Client must review and approve all work products before it is filed, sent to a client or third party, or otherwise relied upon. Legal Support Help does not replace the Client’s professional judgment or responsibility for legal services provided to the Client’s own clients.
System Access and Data Minimization. The Client determines which systems, files, accounts, and information a VA may access. The Client agrees to provide only the access reasonably necessary for assigned tasks, use role-based permissions where available, and promptly revoke access when an engagement ends or a VA is replaced.
Lawful and Appropriate Instructions. The Client must not instruct a VA to perform any task that is unlawful, unethical, deceptive, unsafe, outside the scope of the signed Staffing Agreement, or requires a professional license or qualification the VA does not hold. Clients must treat VAs professionally and respectfully.
Legal Support Help may decline a requested task or suspend Services if the request or the Client’s conduct is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the signed Staffing Agreement.
Confidentiality and Security. Legal Support Help requires VAs to maintain the confidentiality of Client information and use it only as necessary to perform the Services. VAs are required to sign confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements, as applicable.
Legal Support Help will apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect non-public Client information, which may include secure password management, multi-factor authentication where available, and secure communication methods.
The Client must also maintain appropriate safeguards for its own systems, accounts, and information. Each party must protect the other party’s non-public business information received in connection with the Services and use it only for purposes related to the parties’ business relationship.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no breach by the receiving party; (b) was lawfully known to the receiving party before disclosure; (c) is independently developed without use of the disclosing party’s confidential information; or (d) must be disclosed under applicable law or legal process. Where legally permitted, the party required to disclose information will provide advance notice to the other party and reasonably cooperate with efforts to limit the disclosure.
Protected Health Information and Other Regulated Data. If the Client intends to provide a VA with access to protected health information or other information subject to special legal or regulatory requirements, the Client must notify Legal Support Help in advance. If required by applicable law or the nature of the services provided, the Client may be required to execute additional agreements, before the VA is permitted to access or handle such information.
The Client remains responsible for identifying the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to its information and for ensuring that the Client’s use of the Services complies with those requirements.
Client Systems and Third-Party Tools. VAs may perform Services using software, platforms, and accounts provided or selected by the Client. The Client is responsible for maintaining the necessary licenses, access permissions, security settings, backups, and compliance requirements for its own systems and any third-party software, automation platforms, or artificial intelligence tools it directs a VA to use.
5
Client Non-Solicitation: Legal Support Help invests significant time and resources in recruiting, screening, training, and placing VAs. Accordingly, during the Client’s engagement with Legal Support Help, the Client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, engage, or obtain the services of any VA introduced or placed by Legal Support Help, whether as an employee, independent contractor, or otherwise, including through any affiliate, representative, or third party, except through Legal Support Help. Any violation shall constitute a material breach of the signed Staffing Agreement and subject the Client to the liquidated damages stipulated therein.
VA Non-Solicitation: VAs acknowledges that Legal Support Help has made substantial investments in developing its business, proprietary resources, client relationships, and goodwill. Accordingly, for a period of three (3) years following the termination of the signed Work for Hire Agreement, the VA shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, divert, circumvent, bypass, or provide services outside Legal Support Help to any current or former client of Legal Support Help; any prospective client with whom Legal Support Help has conducted a formal written or oral sales presentation within the preceding twenty-four (24) months; or any customer of an LSH client whose identity the VA learns through the engagement. This restriction also applies to any person or entity acting on the VA’s behalf. Any violation shall constitute a material breach of the signed Work for Hire Agreement and subject the VA to the liquidated damages stipulated therein.
Direct Hire Requests. A Client wishing to directly hire or engage a VA may submit a written request to Legal Support Help via email. Any direct engagement shall require Legal Support Help’s prior written approval and payment of the applicable conversion fee, in accordance with the terms stipulated in the signed Staffing Agreement.
6
Service Fees. Services are billed at the hourly rate stated in the signed Staffing Agreement. Unless the signed Staffing Agreement states otherwise, there is no subscription fee, upfront fee, or minimum engagement period. Rates displayed on the Website are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of a particular rate.
Invoicing and Payment. Legal Support Help generally issues invoices on a biweekly basis, based on the hours recorded in the designated time-tracking application for each applicable billing cycle. Invoices are due upon receipt unless the signed Staffing Agreement provides a different payment schedule.
If the Client has authorized payment by credit card, debit card, or ACH, the Client authorizes Legal Support Help to charge the payment method on file for amounts properly due under the applicable invoice and signed Staffing Agreement.
Invoice Disputes. A Client who believes an invoice contains an error must notify Legal Support Help in writing, identify the specific disputed hours or charges, and provide supporting details as soon as reasonably possible. Legal Support Help will review the dispute and communicate the outcome. If an adjustment is warranted, Legal Support Help will issue a corrected invoice. Any undisputed amount remains payable according to the applicable payment terms.
Late Payment Charges. All outstanding balances are due upon receipt of the invoice. Any payment remaining unpaid thirty (30) days after its due date shall accrue interest at a rate of two percent (2%) per month (24% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower, calculated from the original due date until fully paid.
Suspension of Services. Legal Support Help reserves the right to suspend services if the Client has two (2) or more past-due invoices. Prior to suspension, Legal Support Help shall provide written notice to the Client. Suspension may be withheld upon receipt and verification of valid proof of payment, such as a cleared check or confirmed electronic payment transaction.
Service Fee Adjustments. Legal Support Help shall provide the Client with advance written notice of any adjustment to the hourly bill rate, specifying the effective date of the change. The adjusted rate shall apply only to Services rendered on or after the stated effective date.
Taxes. Fees do not include applicable sales, use, or similar transaction taxes. The Client is responsible for paying applicable taxes, excluding taxes based on Legal Support Help’s net income.
Termination of Services. Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Legal Support Help requests that Clients provide at least fifteen (15) days’ notice, where reasonably possible, to allow for an appropriate transition of work and responsibilities. The Client remains responsible for all fees and charges for Services performed through the effective termination date and any other outstanding amounts due under the Staffing Agreement.
Legal Support Help may suspend or terminate Services immediately where the Client materially breaches these Terms or the Staffing Agreement, fails to pay undisputed amounts when due, directs a VA to perform unlawful or unethical activities, or engages in conduct that creates a material safety, security, or legal risk.
Upon termination, the Client must promptly settle all outstanding amounts and revoke the VA’s access to its systems, accounts, and confidential information.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including confidentiality, non-solicitation, payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
7
If a VA is not a suitable fit for the Client’s needs, does not meet reasonable performance expectations, or becomes unavailable, the Client may contact its assigned Legal Support Help account supervisor to request a replacement.
Legal Support Help will use reasonable efforts to identify and propose a suitable replacement VA without an additional placement charge, subject to the signed Staffing Agreement and the circumstances of the request. Hours worked by the outgoing VA remain billable.
Legal Support Help may also use reasonable efforts to coordinate coverage when a VA is unavailable due to holidays, illness, leave, or other circumstances. However, continuous or uninterrupted coverage is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Any satisfaction guarantee or replacement assurance described on the Website refers to the replacement process described in this section, unless the applicable written offer expressly states otherwise. It does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund of fees for hours already worked.
8
Job Applicants. Submitting an application through the Website or Career page does not guarantee an interview, selection, contractor engagement, or placement with a Client. Any VA engagement with Legal Support Help will be subject to policies and procedures provided separately through Job Offer, Training and Service Bond Agreement, Legal Support Help VA Orientation, Data Protection and Confidentiality Agreement, Work for Hire Agreement, and Offboarding Checklist and Certification of Data Destruction.
Applicants agree to provide truthful and accurate information. Legal Support Help may use application information to assess qualifications and suitability for current or future opportunities, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
VA Profiles. The Website may display VA profiles, photographs, qualifications, experience, and other descriptive information, where publication is authorized. Profiles are provided for introductory and informational purposes only. The display of a profile does not guarantee that the VA is available for placement or that the VA will remain available.
A VA identified as awaiting onboarding or otherwise available may be assigned to another Client at any time. Clients should not copy, scrape, harvest, distribute, or use VA profiles or contact information to recruit or engage VAs outside Legal Support Help. Read section 5 for more information about non-solicitation.
9
Acceptable Website Use. You agree not to:
(a) use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose;
(b) scrape, harvest, copy, or bulk-download Website content or personal information;
(c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, accounts, or connected systems;
(d) upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code, or interfere with the Website’s operation or security;
(e) submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or spam form entries; or
(f) impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation.
Legal Support Help may restrict or suspend access to the Website if it reasonably believes that a user has violated these requirements or poses a security or operational risk.
Website Content and Intellectual Property. The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, the Legal Support Help name, VA task lists, downloadable resources, training materials, and blog posts, are owned by or licensed to Legal Support Help and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and download Website materials for your own internal business or informational use. You should not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Client Work Product. Work product specifically created by a VA for a Client at the Client’s direction will belong to the Client to the extent permitted by law.
Legal Support Help retains ownership of its training materials, templates, methods, systems, processes, general know-how, and tools. Legal Support Help grants the Client and the VA license to use those materials solely in connection with the services provided under the signed Staffing Agreement. Such use is permitted only for purposes related to rendering or receiving the services specified in the signed Staffing Agreement. This remains valid only for the duration of the active working relationship between Legal Support Help, the Client, and the VA, and automatically terminates when that relationship ends.
Feedback. If you provide suggestions, comments, or feedback about the Website or Services, Legal Support Help may use that feedback to improve its business and services without an obligation to compensate or credit you, provided that we do not disclose your confidential information such as your full name in doing so.
Reviews, Testimonials, and Publicity. If you submit a review, testimonial, or commendation, Legal Support Help may request your permission in writing to publish or use it on the Website, social media, or other marketing materials. We will obtain any necessary permission before using your full name, photograph, firm name, logo, or other identifying information in a testimonial or promotional material.
Third-Party Websites and Services. The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, scheduling services, review sites, or other tools. These links are provided for convenience. Legal Support Help does not control or endorse all third-party content and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of those services is subject to their own applicable terms and policies.
10
Disclaimer of Warranties. Legal Support Help will use reasonable care and professionalism in providing the Services, subject to the signed Staffing Agreement. Except for commitments expressly stated in these Terms or a signed Staffing Agreement, the Website and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Support Help disclaims all other express, implied, and statutory warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Legal Support Help does not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that the Services will produce a particular business, financial, legal, or case outcome. Any savings figures, performance statistics, testimonials, or other results displayed on the Website are informational and illustrative and do not guarantee similar results.
Exclusion of Certain Damages. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services, regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Limitation of Liability. Legal Support Help’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid or payable by the Client to Legal Support Help for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Client Responsibility. Legal Support Help shall not be liable for missed deadlines, filing errors, case outcomes, or other adverse consequences resulting from the Client’s failure to properly supervise, review, or approve the VA’s work, or from the Client’s instructions, decisions, or failure to provide timely information or approvals.
Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Client Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Legal Support Help, its parent companies, subsidiaries, owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and VAs from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
This obligation shall not apply to the extent that a claim, loss, or liability results from the Legal Support Help’s negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, breach of the signed Staffing Agreement, or actions or omissions.
Legal Support Help Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legal Support Help shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Client and its parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and VAs from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or to the extent directly resulting from:
This obligation shall not apply to the extent that a claim, loss, or liability results from the Client’s negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, breach of the signed Staffing Agreement, or actions or omissions.
Indemnification Procedures. The party seeking indemnification shall provide prompt written notice of any claim, reasonably cooperate in its investigation and defense, and provide relevant information as necessary. The indemnifying party may control the defense and settlement of the claim, provided that no settlement may impose liability, admission of wrongdoing, or continuing obligations on the indemnified party without its prior written consent.
Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including labor disputes, strikes, fire, riots, war, terrorism, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent or materially interfere with performance. The affected party shall notify the other party promptly and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance as soon as practicable.
11
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Informal Resolution First. Before filing a legal claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services, the party raising the dispute must provide the other party with written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal discussions within thirty (30) days after the notice is received.
Forum and Venue. Any dispute that is not resolved through the informal resolution process will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Either party may seek temporary or permanent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its confidential information, proprietary rights, or other rights for which monetary damages may be inadequate, including enforcement of Section 5, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. The prevailing party in an action to enforce these Terms may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the applicable signed Staffing Agreement, any amendments, and other written service agreements between the Client and Legal Support Help, govern the parties’ respective rights and obligations concerning the services provided and supersede prior discussions or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Staffing Agreement, the signed Staffing Agreement shall prevail with respect to the applicable Client engagement. Any separate written agreement that expressly governs a specific subject shall prevail with respect to that subject.
Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without Legal Support Help’s prior written consent and a signed amended Staffing Agreement. Legal Support Help may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its relevant business or assets, provided that the successor or assignee assumes the applicable obligations under these Terms.
Severability. Each provision of these Terms shall be considered separate and severable. If any provision is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be limited or modified to the extent necessary to comply with the law, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Neither Legal Support Help or Client’s failure or delay in exercising or enforcing any right or provision under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and shall apply only to the specific instance and purpose for which it is granted. A waiver of any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision or any subsequent breach.
Notices. Notices and communications concerning services, replacement requests, complaints, billing disputes, or service discontinuation shall be submitted in writing via email to Legal Support Help and Clients designated email addresses. Email notices shall be deemed received upon transmission, provided the sender does not receive an automated delivery failure notification. Where applicable, notices may also be delivered by the United States Postal Service or a nationally recognized courier to the parties’ designated mailing addresses on record. Any formal notice requiring acknowledgment shall be subject to written confirmation by the receiving party.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except for Legal Support Help, the Client, and any VAs expressly designated as indemnified parties under Section 10, these Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns. No other person or entity shall have any rights, benefits, or remedies under these Terms.
Headings. Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
