I utilized LSH for remote assistant services for almost a year, and initially interviewed three great candidates through their company. The assistant I chose helped grow my business, was communicative, great with clients, had drive and initiative, and was a pleasure to work with. She also enjoyed that she could be dedicated to my business and if I ever had fewer hours to give her, LSH would provide her with training tools to fill the downtime. The company was easy to work with and always communicative.

We absolutely adore our LSH VA’s. Even being contracted, they have each become an integral part of our team, and we would be worse off without them. LSH has been great to work with. Our POC’s, Gwen and Lianne, have always been great at taking our feedback (positive and corrective) and using it to hold coaching sessions to tailor their internal training to match ours. Miguel, Pring, Esse, and Victor are all assets that are willing to fill in and help in any way they can. They show up and bring a positive attitude that brightens the atmosphere of our firm – both internally and with our clients. I highly recommend LSH services!

LSH has a great team of VAs that can help take non-revenue activities off your plate. I have them help me with drafting documents, creating spreadsheets, and analyzing numbers. They even have Zapier specialists to help you when you’re stuck or don’t have time to build it yourself. If you’re a solo, it’s worth a talk with them to see if they have some that can help you. They probably do!
